Our members embark on a comprehensive and immersive journey when they join our gym. We transform habits and lifestyles through a structured three-step process:
6-Week Foundation
The 6-Week Foundation Program is the starting point for all our members, designed to set you up for success. Over six weeks, you’ll be trained three times a week, receive a personalized nutrition plan and expert guidance, and benefit from a comprehensive educational system that covers the foundational blocks of healthy eating habits and mindset. With check-ins at Weeks 1, 3, and 6, along with weekly feedback from our coaches, we ensure you stay on track and motivated as you build the skills and knowledge needed for lasting success.
Inner Circle
After successfully completing the 6-Week Foundation Program, you’ll progress to our more comprehensive and intense coaching program—The Inner Circle. This advanced program includes 8 specialized 6-week modules of education, with continued training 3 times a week. You’ll maintain regular check-ins every 6 weeks with our trainers, receive weekly feedback, and have your diet consistently managed to ensure your ongoing progress and success.
Legacy
After successfully completing the Inner Circle program, you’ll advance to our highest level of membership—Legacy Membership. This exclusive level is designed to keep you accountable, ensuring your diet remains on point while continuing your training 3 times a week. Legacy Membership is all about maintaining and refining the progress you've made, with a focus on long-term success and sustainability.

Super Charge
Complete Cardio Experience using only bodyweight and CV kit.
Functional training to make your heart rate up.
SuperOX (soon)
Non-Stop 45min Pairs Workout Challenge mixing running, CV Kit and weights.
Super Power
Explosive work using Free Weights (Dumbbell, Barbell and Kettlebell) alongside CV kit for Cardio Output.
Super Strength
Our SBD day - Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts. Where form and heavy weights play key role for maximum strength gain.
Super Sculpt (soon)
Our Toning session - lifting lighter weights for more reps and feel the burn! Intense Full Body Burn workout using free weights, body weight and machines.
Super Punch (soon)
Boxing Style strength and Conditioning session. Ideal to release stress after a busy workout week.
Super Core (soon)
Full Blast on Abs and Lower Back work to support the big lifts of the week and your day-to-day routine.
