Our Small Group Personal Training Program offers a cost-effective way to access expert coaching, personalised to your goals—without the price tag of traditional 1-on-1 training.

With a maximum of 10 participants in Conditioning sessions and 8 in Strength sessions, you'll receive hands-on support and tailored guidance in every session, no matter your fitness level, experience, or availability.

Whether you’re new to the gym and looking to build confidence and learn the ropes, or someone who’s been training for a while but wants more structure, better results, and professional accountability—this program is for you.

1-2-1 20-30min Coaching check-ins with your trainer to take measurements, see how your progress is going, adjust according to your life and routine and answer all your questions about fitness, nutrition and exercise.

30 min 1-2-1 Assessment on strength and conditioning and form of your exercises. Find a time with your trainer to do a quick check-up on how to efficiently and safely perform big lifts in a private set-up and also challenge yourself to increase your performance.
